Greetings from Bonace Engineers! We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team at Thane (HO). As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating a clear understanding of job descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements. - Ensuring timely sharing of quality CVs with clients within defined TAT. - Managing accurate and timely completion of candidates" documentation, ensuring compliance with all KYC documents. - Utilizing knowledge of job portals and Search Engine Optimization tools to attract talent and fill positions within specified timelines. - Conducting effective interviews to assess candidates" functional and behavioral skills for successful onboarding. - Understanding salary structures and conducting negotiations with candidates to achieve cost savings for the organization. - Managing and developing a database of CVs for assigned categories. - Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to facilitate smooth onboarding and retention. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet departmental recruitment goals. - Ensuring compliance with basic statutory requirements on sites. - Keeping abreast of market trends related to specific job positions to enhance recruitment strategies. - Minimizing recruitment cycle blackouts and providing accurate information about prospective candidates to clients.
