Job Summary:
Looking for a Bulk Recruiter with 6 months of experience in BPO vendor hiring. The role involves high-volume recruitment for international BPO roles such as Customer Support Executive and Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for international BPO roles through vendor partners.
- Coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for voice and non-voice roles.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with operations teams.
- Ensure daily and weekly hiring targets are met.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate and vendor experience.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in BPO bulk hiring (vendor management experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of international BPO processes and role requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with job portals and sourcing tools.
- HSC or above.
