Job Description
You are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Billing & Planning. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Your responsibilities will include managing Client Bill & Contractor Bill, timely Estimating, possessing excellent knowledge of BBS, Project Micro Planning & Scheduling, Rate analysis, Coordinating and scheduling daily progress, maintaining work progress at the site with an emphasis on quality work, Material Reconciliation, Maintaining daily work done report and labour reports, and Continuous communication with the head office for work progress. The desired candidate should have good communication and smart working skills. This is a Full-time job with benefits such as Food provided and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
