Urgent Hiring: Sr. Procurement Executive Capex

Role: Sr. Procurement Executive Capex
Join our dynamic Procurement team to manage high-value capital purchases and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing across multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement of CAPEX items IT hardware, HVAC, UPS, modular furniture, etc.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service renewals
Vendor discovery and negotiation for best terms
Ensure quality compliance and timely delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders & IT team for technical needs
Track orders, resolve procurement issues, and manage documentation
Requirements:
Graduate with 3 - 5 years experience in procurement
Strong knowledge of capital goods sourcing & vendor development
AMC management experience preferred
Good negotiation, documentation & communication skills
