The Sr. Plumbing Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and overseeing plumbing and fire protection systems for various building projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed plumbing designs, managing project timelines, coordinating with architects and other engineers, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving any project-related technical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications Expertise in designing plumbing and fire protection systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations Project management skills and experience coordinating with multiple teams Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Professional certifications in plumbing design are a plus,
