We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with expertise in Magento 2.x and WordPress CMS to be a part of our team. As a PHP Developer, your primary responsibility will involve developing and maintaining our Magento and WordPress-based websites to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver top-notch solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining Magento and WordPress websites by implementing new features and functionalities. - Writing clean, efficient, and reusable PHP code that follows best practices and coding standards. - Customizing Magento and WordPress themes, templates, modules, and plugins based on project requirements. - Integrating third-party APIs and web services, including RESTful APIs, to facilitate seamless data exchange. - Optimizing website performance through efficient SQL queries and implementing caching mechanisms. - Collaborating with designers to implement responsive front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Ensuring websites are SEO-friendly by implementing best practices and optimization techniques. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues to provide timely resolutions and ensure smooth website operation. - Managing version control using Git to track changes and effectively collaborate with team members. - Deploying websites to different hosting environments, configuring web servers, and managing deployment processes. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Magento and WordPress. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in PHP development. - Minimum 3 years of experience working with Magento 2.x and WordPress CMS. - Proficiency in PHP programming language and a strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. - In-depth understanding of Magento and WordPress architecture, themes, templates, modules, and plugins. - Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases and the ability to write efficient SQL queries. - Experience in integrating third-party APIs and working with web services, including RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of web server configurations, hosting environments, and deployment processes. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with designers and developers. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques is a plus.
