Job Description : Network Engineer L1 Your Skills & Experience : 1-2 year (Preferred) Certifications : CCNA Certified Were looking for a proactive, customer-focused Network Engineer / SD-WAN Engineer with extensive knowledge in network and security technologies, to ensure optimal performance of the companys services for its customers. Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks. In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation. Knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS,NAT, Multicast. You possess expert level expertise in Routing, Switching including L2/L3 protocols and SDWAN products (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba) Knowledge on Linux administration. Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customer, ensuring that configurations are optimized. Manage customers configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications. Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high & all priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements. Handle customers technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries. Ensuring SD-WAN network infrastructure is working at optimal levels. Participate in critical maintenance windows, and to open and track TAC cases through to problem resolution on pre and post production issues. To raise equipment, Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and to track these through to problem resolution. Participate in meetings and reviews with customers, providing reports on the performance and projects.
