Involves preparing the machine for a specific production run, including loading materials, installing molds, and setting machine parameters according to blueprints or instructions. Operating the machine: This includes initiating the molding cycle, monitoring the process, and ensuring the machine operates correctly. checking the quality of the molded parts, identifying and addressing any defects or issues, and ensuring that the production process meets quality standards. Operators may need to troubleshoot machine malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and assist with repairs. Data recording:-This includes recording production data, such as cycle times, scrap rates, and any issues encountered during production. Trouble shoot product & mold defects loading and unloading materials, as well as managing waste and scrap materials.
