Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Sales:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients regarding immigration pathways (PR, work visas, job search programs, etc.).
• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales by addressing concerns and explaining the benefits of immigration services.

1. Lead Management & Follow-ups:

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.
• Keep track of client inquiries and updates in the CRM system.

1. Market & Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on immigration policies and trends for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, and others.
• Ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.

1. Documentation & Process Guidance:

• Guide clients on required documents, process timelines, and fee structures.
• Work closely with the documentation team for application processing.

1. Target Achievement & Reporting:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients.
• Address post-sale concerns and assist clients during the application process.

1. Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 0.6 years in immigration sales, overseas education, or related industries.
• Skills: Strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with visa application processes and immigration regulations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Other: Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
