As a Senior ICU Staff In charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the ICU unit. Working closely with a team of ICU Staff Nurses, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care at all times. Your duties will include supervising the staff, coordinating patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The work schedule for this position is 7 hours per day with 4 days off. The salary offered is experience-based, and immediate joining is preferred. Female hostel accommodation is available for those who require it. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as provided meals and a Provident Fund. The work schedule includes morning shifts and rotational shifts, with a yearly bonus for employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing experience, with a total of 1 year of work experience preferred. A Nursing License is also preferred for this role.
