Dear Candidate, We have an urgent requirement for the role of Sr. HR Executive at our company located in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. As a Sr. HR Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment and operations work. Your main tasks will include screening candidates" resumes and job applications, sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels such as databases and social media, preparing recruitment materials, and posting jobs on appropriate platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications, conducting interviews using reliable recruiting tools, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and operations. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our office location in Taloja.
