Key Details: Location: Mohali (Hybrid considered after probation) Compensation: Above market rate for top talent Reporting to: UK-based founders and technical leads Essential Requirements: 8+ years of software development experience. Expert proficiency in Node.js and React. Strong PHP & Laravel experience Full-stack capability comfortable working across backend and frontend. Excellent spoken and written English Experience in working within fast-paced, iterative development cycles. Familiar with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, code pipelines, and best practices. Strong understanding of unit testing and maintaining code quality. Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting; must communicate tasks clearly and follow through. Able to speak directly with UK-based management and communicate updates transparently - especially when issues arise. Nice to Have / Willing to Learn: Experience with Jira or similar task management tools. Knowledge of Python or interest in AI-related development. An interest in emerging technologies and AI solutions. Ability to communicate in both Hindi and English fluently. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
