Job Title: Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Python) Experienced Only Location: The Oceann (On-Site) Department: IT Reports To: CTO Job Type: Full-time/Immediate Joiner Experience Required: 4+ years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in ReactJS and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users. Key Responsibilities: Front-end Development: Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS & NxtJS ensuring a seamless user experience. Back-end Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using Python, JavaScript Programming Language. Full Stack Integration: Ensure efficient and smooth integration between front-end and back-end components. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Testing: Implement comprehensive testing protocols to ensure code reliability, stability, and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional code. Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and tools. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ReactJS and related frameworks/libraries (Redux, React, NextJs etc.). Strong experience with Python and popular frameworks (Django, Flask). Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL MongoDB postgres ) and ORM technologies. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Knowledge of containerization and cloud services (Docker, AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
