The SR Executive Finance & Accounts position at Maier Vidorno Altios offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join our company in India. As a leading service provider for international market expansion, we have a strong presence in 22 countries worldwide and are dedicated to supporting SMEs and medium-sized companies in their growth endeavors. We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in commerce, MBA, M.COM, or Semi Qualified CA, along with 2-4 years of experience in Accounting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounts, preparation and analysis of MIS, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Knowledge of advance Income Tax calculation, audit schedules, financial and statutory returns are essential for this role. The responsibilities of the SR Executive Finance & Accounts include handling daily F&A operations, month-end closing for MIS/compliance, general ledger entries, bookkeeping, bills processing, and day-to-day accounting for clients. The role also involves compliance-related tasks such as filing TDS, GST, and TCS returns, along with maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to timelines and policies. Additionally, the candidate will provide cross-department support, assist in data entry on SAP, data analysis, review work done by executives, conduct training sessions, and ensure execution focus with a positive attitude, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work with various departments are crucial for this position. Candidates with working knowledge of accounting software like SAP, Tally (preferred but not mandatory), and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, are encouraged to apply.
