QUALIFICATION: B. Com Graduate WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 to 7 years SALARY RANGE: 25K -32K Per Month JOB LOCATION: Bhiwandi, MAHARASHTRA JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Optimise end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, providing complete information to customer as per expected KPI. 2. Execute inbound and outbound order processes to ensure to accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. 3. Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize order fulfilment delays and errors. 4. Allocate and track orders and returns. 5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of E-commerce platform including product listing, pricing and inventory management. 6. Coordinate with other teams to optimise supply and demand planning. 7. Managing and executing promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer shopping trends, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback. 8. Warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time. 9. Create and implement strategies that optimise manpower and resources. 10. Analyse data and generate reports to track E-commerce performance.
