Job Description

As a Senior Architect specializing in Industrial projects, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities. You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience and hold a valid Architect certification. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with a proven track record in Industrial Projects. Your primary duties will include conducting site visits and surveys to assess site conditions, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, specifying equipment and fixtures, and ensuring that the design is feasible and suitable for the site. You will be responsible for ensuring that industrial facilities are functional, safe, and sustainable. Moreover, you will need to ensure that the design complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Obtaining necessary permits and approvals, designing fire suppression systems, implementing security measures, and creating emergency response plans are also part of your responsibilities. Occasional travel may be required for site visits and project meetings. The ideal candidate should have a gender-neutral approach, and the budget for this position is set at 15 LPA. Your working hours will be as per office timings.
