About the Job: Gishnu Gears Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Spline Rolling Machine Operators to join our precision engineering team. This role is crucial in the production of high-accuracy gear components used in various industrial, automotive, textile, and nuclear applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating spline rolling machines to manufacture precision splined shafts and components. In This Role, You Will: As a Spline Rolling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining spline rolling machines to manufacture high-precision components. You will interpret engineering drawings, select appropriate tools, and ensure accurate rolling of splines on shafts. Your role includes monitoring the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy, and conducting quality checks using measuring instruments. Additionally, you will perform routine machine maintenance and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards for quality control. We're Looking for Someone With: The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or DME qualification with one to five years of experience in spline rolling machine operations. A strong understanding of gear manufacturing, cutting tool selection, and measuring techniques is essential. Experience with CNC programming and troubleshooting is a plus. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to maintaining high production and quality standards.
