What youll achieve As a Business Operations, Senior Representative, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. You will: Manage workflow and optimize day-to-day activities. Handling KFS (Key Financial systems) and other financial system. Standardize User Access Management process and recommend automations, implementing the same using various tools. Handle volume management, segregation of work as per the process requirements meeting the agreed SLA. Identify the issues and recommend changes to the respective team on possible solution. Support PWC / UAR (User Access Review) for all the application owned by GIS with walk through and evidence requirement required for Audit.
