Job Description
A Special Educator is a teacher who works with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. The primary goal of a Special Educator is to help these students overcome challenges, develop their abilities, and integrate successfully into general education settings or become independent. The responsibilities of a Special Educator include assessing student needs by conducting assessments to identify students" learning disabilities and academic performance.
