Position: Special Educator Location: Pune Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team and contribute to an inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and staff to support children with diverse learning needs and ensure their academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students" unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and parents to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Any diploma or certification in special educators. Conduct assessments to monitor students progress and make necessary adjustments to learning strategies. Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students with special needs. Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents to promote awareness and inclusion. Qualifications & Experience Any Bachelors or Masters Degree or diploma in Special Education. Mandatory degree of Bachelors in education. Certification in Inclusive Education (preferred). Experience working with children with disabilities or learning challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 1 3 years of experience in CBSE school.,
