JOB DESCRIPTION - Looking after the spare enquiries, and acknowledge the same. - Preparing and sending quotes as per customers requirement. - Discussing the same with project department - Releasing work orders internally. - Maintaining spares reports, Pre/ Post ordering of spares - Checking timelines to deliver Spares - Keeping track records, deadlines, timelines for completion of delivery. - Take customers orders, inform customers of part availability and price, and take inventory. - Job duties include ensuring the correct inventory is available, invoicing customers, and answering customer questions. - Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with. - Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur. - Provide service technicians with parts as required. - Verify receiving documents. - Follow up on quotes with Technical head. - Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction Qualifications and Job Requirements: - Only Female candidates are prefered - Graduation required - Ability to speak effectively one on one - Ability to interpret customer needs - Basic computer skills - Good organizational skills - Be early, flexible and available for scheduling - Focus on Quality & Service - Demonstrate an interest in growing the parts business Job location: Snowbell Machines Pvt.
