Job Description
You should have fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal communication, a good understanding of Spanish grammar, translation and interpreting skills, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. As a part of the US HRO process, you will be responsible for Spanish voice support on US rotational shifts. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish languages. You should have an immediate notice period of 15 to 30 days and be located in Mumbai. The role requires working in pure evening shifts with drop facilities provided. The interview will be conducted by a Spanish language expert, and the expected Band level is B1. A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Spanish voice process is required, with a maximum CTC of 11 LPA and an in-hand salary of 71k.,
