Job Description
Role Description We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Architect to join our growing team. As a key member of our product development process, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Define and document user stories and user journeys. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and UI patterns. Ensure the consistency and usability of the user interface across all platforms and devices (web, mobile, etc. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Architect or a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices (e., usability, accessibility, human-computer interaction). Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Zeplin. Excellent understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience conducting user research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address design challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile development methodologies.
