Spa Therapist M/s Blue Star Spa

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to provide a variety of therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being for our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services, while ensuring a calm, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform professional spa treatments including massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue), facials, scrubs, wraps, and other body therapies.

  Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment rooms and spa areas.

  Set up spa stations and ensure equipment and supplies are clean and ready.

  Create a relaxing, safe, and professional atmosphere for all clients.

  Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences.

  Stay updated with the latest spa and wellness trends, techniques, and products.

  Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

  Maintain product inventory and inform management of replenishment needs.

Requirements:

  Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.

  Certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field.

  Knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare products, and body treatments.

  Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  Ability to handle clients with care, empathy, and professionalism.

  Flexible with working hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  Multi-therapy skills (e.g., reflexology, aromatherapy, hot stone, etc.)

  Sales skills for recommending spa products and packages.

  Basic computer or booking system knowledge.
