Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and traditional meals
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely, hygienic, and professional manner
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Monitor inventory and assist in kitchen ordering and stock management
- Assist in menu planning and daily specials when needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and consistency
