Job Description

The South Indian Chef will be responsible for creating an authentic South Indian dining experience for our patrons. This role involves menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring top-notch kitchen operations. The chef will also oversee kitchen staff, manage inventory, and uphold the highest food safety standards.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes with precision and authenticity
  • Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining traditional recipes
