As part of the F&B Production department, you should have 9-12 years of experience in this field. The salary range offered is as per industrial standards. Your responsibilities will include leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef, providing guidance to junior staff, overseeing kitchen stock and ingredients, ensuring food rotation systems, managing food ordering and minimizing waste, supervising food preparation and presentation, collaborating with the Head Chef on various tasks, and maintaining kitchen standards and efficiency.
