As a Recruiter focusing on the APAC market, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand, you will source, screen, and recruit candidates for Non-Technical roles in sectors such as Media, Construction and Engineering, and Real Estate. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, staying updated on industry trends, and providing reports on hiring progress will be key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 2-8 years of recruiting experience in the APAC region, with expertise in the specified countries and industries. Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential.
