You will be working closely with developers and utilizing your expertise in the real estate sector to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing channel partners, building a robust broker network, analyzing market trends to identify sourcing opportunities, driving walk-ins for the project, and collaborating effectively with sales teams for a seamless handover process. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of sourcing experience in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Andheri. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the real estate market in the specified locations. The locations for this role include Mulund, Thane, Andheri, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan.
