Sourcing Manager Roles & Responsibilities >> Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Ability to handle the team of recruiters Collaborate with regional managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required skills Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
