We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer in audio equipment to assist senior engineer. The ideal candidate will have a background in diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide range of audio products, including speakers, amplifiers, power solutions, and specialized tools. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Repair:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various audio equipment, including but not limited to speakers, amplifiers, power solutions, and other related tools.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of components to restore functionality and ensure equipment meets company standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of audio equipment to identify faults, verify repairs, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain consistent standards across all serviced products.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing concerns and answering queries related to product performance, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintenance and Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service histories for each piece of equipment.
  • Keep inventory of tools and parts, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies for repairs.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in audio equipment technology, repair techniques, and tools.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Field Service:
  • Travel to customer sites as required to perform on-site repairs, installations, and maintenance of audio equipment.
  • Provide on-the-spot training and demonstrations to customers on the use and maintenance of their audio systems.
