Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solution Lead - Oracle CX at Speridian Technologies in Bengaluru. The Solution Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical solutions, communication, consulting, customer service, and sales in the context of Oracle CX implementation and optimization. Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions for the customer-specific requirements. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Participate in the entire lifecycle, obtaining and understanding requirements, designing the solution and presenting to the stakeholders. Development expertise and experience Test the requirement-specific implementation. Serve as an expert on the platform and provide technical support. Qualifications: Overall 4+ years experience Experience implementing Oracle CX or Commercial Of The Shelf (COTS) product Solutioning mindset is important Experience in JavaScript and REST APIs Experience in Integration Tools, Identity Provider (IDP) Experience or knowledge of development in .NET Core Developer (.NET 6+) Familiarity with the ASP.NET Core framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
