Job Title: AI Solutions Architect About The Role We are seeking an AI Consultant with hands-on experience in AI tools used for software development. The consultant will be responsible for helping software developers integrate AI tools into their workflow, designing an AI tools strategy, and addressing potential risks and limitations. Key Responsibilities AI Tool Strategy & Implementation: Assess, recommend, and implement AI tools for software development (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, Tabnine, etc.). Develop a strategy for AI adoption in software development projects. Guide teams on AI-driven automation, code generation, and optimization. Training & Developer Enablement: Conduct workshops and training sessions for developers on AI tools. Provide best practices for AI-assisted coding, debugging, and testing. Help developers optimize AI-generated code for efficiency and security. AI Governance & Risk Management: Define the dos and donts of AI-assisted software development. Address ethical, security, and compliance concerns related to AI usage. Identify and mitigate risks like biased models, hallucinations, and IP issues. Integration & Customization: Help teams customize AI tools to align with project needs. Work with software architects to integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs for AI tool effectiveness in software development. Monitor AI tool performance and suggest improvements. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in AI/ML tools for software development. Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer). Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and security best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI tool customization and fine-tuning. Prior experience as a software architect, AI consultant, or similar role. Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google AI). AI certification (e.g., AI-900, TensorFlow Developer, ML Engineer). (ref:hirist.tech),
