As a Technical Lead specializing in generative AI within cloud and on-prem data and analytics platforms, your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the technical roadmap for generative AI technology in alignment with the overall product strategy. You will play a crucial role in identifying key opportunities, prioritizing projects, and effectively managing resources to maximize impact across the product portfolio. Collaborating closely with Product Management, UX Design, Research teams, and other CoreOps departments, you will ensure that technical capabilities align with user needs to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences across various data and analytics products. Staying updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies will be essential to drive innovation within the organization. In addition to your strategic role, you will provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support the professional development of your team members to foster a high-performing team culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading the technical design and direction of generative AI features within the CoreOps product portfolio and customer data and analytics ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting scalable and robust solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for critical tasks. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Additionally, you should have at least 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics or Business Intelligence. Experience in building and deploying large-scale systems in a cloud environment and bringing tech products to market at an enterprise scale is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science or a related field, experience working with executive-level internal and external clients/partners, and a track record of publishing in AI/ML conferences. Your ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with various teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial for success in this role. Strong narrative and storytelling abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills are also preferred qualifications for this position.,
