Job Description
Solar Technician (O&M)
We're looking for an experienced Solar Technician to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team in Jodhpur and Bikaner. As a Solar Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar power plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot faults in solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related components
- Module Cleaning: Ensure solar modules are clean and free from any obstructions or damage
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide daily reports on site conditions and system performance
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in solar O&M or electrical work
- Qualifications: ITI or diploma in electrical engineering
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills
- Location: Jodhpur and Bikaner
Salary and Benefits:
