Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Solar PV Installer to join our growing renewable energy team. The Solar PV Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, knowledge of electrical systems, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems including mounting structures, panels, inverters, and electrical wiring.
• Read and interpret design plans, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform site assessments and ensure accurate system measurements and placement.
• Connect PV systems to existing electrical systems and ensure proper grounding and compliance with local electrical codes.
• Use tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and measuring devices with precision and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after installation.
• Conduct system performance tests and inspections after installation.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after installations.
• Document installation progress, materials used, and any changes made onsite.
