Urgent Hiring: Solar Project Site Engineer Location: Yavatmal, Digras, Tuptakali, Pusad, Weni Kopra, Marwadi, Arni, Shendur saini, Heti, Sawali Nagar), Wardha(Hingni, Seloo, Borgaon, Sawang, Inzapur, Samudrapur, kandhali). Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Dependa on Interview Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute solar PV installation and commissioning at project sites. Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, safety codes, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the internal project team. Monitor on-site safety, quality control, and reporting. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in solar PV installations (commercial, industrial, or utility-scale). Deep knowledge of ground-mounted solar systems and relevant standards (IS, IEC, etc.). Ability to interpret engineering drawings, SLDs, and layout plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling large-scale renewable energy projects. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate and work in remote site conditions. Working Conditions: Primarily field-based with exposure to outdoor environments. Must be open to working weekends to meet deadlines. Requires relocation to the project site.
