The job requires candidates from Mumbai or Mangalore who can join immediately or are currently serving notice period. Qualifications for onsite support include good programming skills with in-depth knowledge of Java and a good understanding of the product. Ideal candidates should demonstrate self-reliance, initiative, good work ethic, self-starting abilities, excellent time management skills, independent judgment, and effective critical thinking. The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience, and the job may involve working in alternate shifts: 8.45 a.m - 5.45 p.m or 1 p.m to 9 p.m. Responsibilities include independently resolving and troubleshooting customer support escalations, documenting fixes, completing daily tasks on time, client interaction, acquiring high product knowledge for positive customer interactions, configuring and testing interfacing applications, and working effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment either individually or as a team. This is a full-time, permanent job with day and evening shifts available. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra before starting work.
