This role does not require technical or developer expertise but focuses on providing customer support for our software products. Your primary responsibilities will include offering initial customer support through various channels such as email, phone, or remote access. You will need to address client concerns regarding software usage (not development issues), help users navigate the software, and resolve questions related to its usage. Any unresolved software-related queries will be documented and escalated to the development team. It is important to share client feedback with the relevant internal teams and provide guidance and training to users on how to effectively utilize the software. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in any graduation field (e.g., B.Com., B.Sc., BCA). While good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are advantageous, the key qualities we seek are eagerness to learn and the ability to support clients in a polite and professional manner.
