1. 2 Year Bond Complusory
2. Solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call.
3. Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
4. Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use
5. Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
6. Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients
7. To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem
8. Up-to-date technical knowledge
9. Help to create user manual and functional document preparation
10. Managing help desk system with minimum response time on all tickets with resolutions.
11. On-site Demo and training ( for male candidate)
12. Ready to travel Pan india as per requirement ( for male candidate)
13. Required office and client visit as per requirement. ( for male candidate)
