Job Description

As a Software Sales Manager at CENTRICO INSURANCE REPOSITORY LIMITED, your role will involve driving software and solutions sales to Insurance and Re-Insurance companies. Located in Parel with some work from home flexibility, you will be tasked with managing client relationships and ensuring the achievement of annual sales revenue targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include increasing the share of daily business from existing clients, devising strategies to acquire new clients, and meeting revenue goals from new business ventures. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree from an Indian University. Any additional qualifications or knowledge related to the Insurance industry will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience within the Insurance domain, including working with Insurance/Re-Insurance companies, brokers, or other intermediaries. Expertise in software and solutions sales within the BFSI segment is also desirable. You should possess strong client management skills at the CXO level, be target-oriented with a good understanding of market dynamics and competition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in the insurance industry will be a plus. The ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment is crucial. In terms of software experience, you should be proficient in using Microsoft Suite tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other business communication platforms. Familiarity with software commonly used in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage.,
