Job Title: Implementation Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Implementation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the deployment, customization, and support of our ERP software designed for schools, colleges, and universities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ERP systems implementation and a strong understanding of the unique requirements of educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP software, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with educational administrators, IT staff, and end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system. Customization and Integration: Tailor ERP modules to meet specific institutional needs and integrate with existing third-party systems. Training and Support: Deliver training sessions for users and provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth system operation. Data Migration: Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform. Process Optimization: Analyze institutional processes and recommend best practices for leveraging ERP functionalities. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: working in educational domain will be preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP platforms. Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, MongoDB, postgreSQL). Familiarity with system integration methods (APIs, web services). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions. Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in the education sector.
