Encountrr is Hiring: Software Development Interns (PPO Opportunity) Location: Hybrid (Delhi NCR preferred) Duration: 6 Months Internship PPO Opportunity: Yes (6 8 LPA upon successful completion) Start Date: Immediate About Encountrr Encountrr is an early-stage technology company working at the intersection of mobile software, embedded systems, and real-world social experiences. Our mission is to redefine how people connect in physical spaces using smart, seamless technology integrations. We are currently in the MVP development phase of our core product a mobile-first platform that enables users to initiate secure, real-time connections using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and NFC technology. To support this mission, we are seeking passionate, skilled, and driven individuals for internship roles across our engineering team. Successful candidates will be considered for Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on performance. Open Roles We are hiring interns for the following profiles: Frontend Developer (Mobile App) Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native Integrate BLE/NFC-based interactions into user workflows Ensure responsive UI/UX and smooth API integration Backend Developer Develop robust backend systems using FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js Implement secure RESTful APIs and handle real-time tap/match logic Work with in-memory storage (e.g., Redis) and basic authentication systems Systems Integration Engineer Coordinate device-to-device and device-to-server communication Assist in integration of BLE/NFC protocols with app and backend Handle system-level debugging and ensure real-time feedback mechanisms Candidate Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Strong foundation in programming and software design principles Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Prior experience with mobile development, REST APIs, or BLE/NFC is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Learning & Growth Opportunity Interns will receive hands-on mentorship from senior members of the team and will actively contribute to the MVP launch. The internship is designed to simulate real-world product development and prepare interns for full-time engineering roles at Encountrr.
