Contract Term: 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality, performant software across our stack. - Collaborate closely with the founder to align development with business goals. - Translate broad concepts into actionable tasks and effective solutions. - Rapidly prototype to validate ideas and refine user experiences. - Operate independently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute reliably to team goals. - Research and implement cost-effective system designs that optimize critical metrics such as latency and user interaction. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in software development. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, React, Next.js). - Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, TypeScript). - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI-driven applications and cloud services (AWS preferred). - Familiarity with code versioning tools, especially Git. - Knowledge in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Background in image processing and working with e-commerce platforms like Etsy. Compensation: - Competitive monthly retainer, commensurate with experience. Salary Range: Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000.
