Job Description
As a Software Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for debugging platform issues in collaboration with business teams during incident responses. You will actively participate in maintenance events and on-call rotations to ensure system stability. Your role will involve leading the organization towards continuous delivery and continuous integration practices. Additionally, you will be expected to build and improve tools to enhance the productivity of engineering teams and assist in configuring and managing integrated tools and user access. You will play a crucial role in augmenting cloud infrastructure deployment pipelines using advanced tooling and automation techniques. Collaborating with teams to implement and manage integrations as requested by clients will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will deploy updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide fixes to maintain optimal system performance. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with change management tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Ansible for managing server infrastructure. Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and OpenShift is essential, along with experience working with continuous integration servers such as TeamCity or Jenkins. Your proven ability to monitor application deployments and automate deployment pipelines will be critical in this position. With at least 2 years of experience in building and managing software in production environments, proficiency in Ruby or C# is required. A strong knowledge of various deployment methodologies, including VM and Cloud (AWS preferred), is highly beneficial. Your ability to support a wide range of technologies and frameworks, especially AWS, will be essential. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are key factors for success in this role.,
