We are looking for a Technical Manager cum Architect who will play a critical role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our solutions while leading and mentoring a high-performing development team. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership: Define and own the technical architecture across products and platforms. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Lead by example in code quality, development practices, and problem-solving. Project & Team Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and DevOps. Manage resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables. Architecture & Design: Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable systems. Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. Conduct design and code reviews. Cloud & DevOps Integration: Architect and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Storage, etc.). Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a managerial or architectural role. Strong hands-on experience in: .NET Core / .NET Framework React.js (or React with TypeScript) Microsoft Azure (PAAS, Serverless, DevOps pipelines) Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and modern web development. Proven experience in leading mid-to-large engineering teams. Experience with CI/CD, code versioning tools (like Git), and Agile methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have (Optional Skills) Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
