Job Description
You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Soft Skill Trainer in Lucknow. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication, customer service, and professional etiquette. You will develop and implement training modules to improve soft skills and assess and coach employees to enhance their interaction quality. Collaboration with operations to identify training needs will also be a key aspect of the role. To excel in this position, BPO experience is mandatory. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and motivate trainees. The ideal candidate will have a total work experience of 2 years, with at least 1 year of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to a competitive salary in the range of 5 LPA to 5.7 LPA, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
