? Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Graphic Designer cum Instagram Handler to manage the visual identity of our brand and actively grow our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic tools and passionate about social media trends, reels, and aesthetics.

? Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing posts, stories, highlights, and reels for Instagram

• Create banners, posters, product images, and ads for digital use
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions
• Monitor Instagram trends and use hashtags, music, and design creatively
• Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions (optional based on role)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for creative needs
• Respond to DMs/comments or forward to relevant teams (if required)
• Track Instagram growth (followers, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements

? Requirements: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools

• Basic understanding of Instagram algorithms, formats, and insights
• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency
• Good communication and time management skills
• Prior experience in handling social media pages (preferred)
• Photography/video editing knowledge is a bonus
