Job Description

You are an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager who will play a crucial role in leading our online presence across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and engaging with our digital community to foster growth and retention. Your key responsibilities will involve planning and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and responding to comments, analyzing performance using analytics tools, staying updated with trends, collaborating with teams for campaign planning, and managing brand reputation and community building. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in social media management, possess strong knowledge of major platforms, be proficient in using analytics tools, demonstrate excellent communication and creativity, exhibit the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with teams, hold a degree in Marketing or a related field, and have experience with paid campaigns as an added advantage. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing. The work location for this role is in-person.,
