Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Kynos Lubrication. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, developing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with followers to enhance brand awareness and reputation. Must have basic knowledge of Design Skills in Graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, Reels Creation etc. Qualifications Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Strategy Development skills Analytics and Performance Metrics tracking experience Community Engagement and Brand Management skills Experience in developing social media campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of lubrication industry trends will be a plus (but not compulsory) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field experience in digital marketing (Experienced/ Fresher both preferred) Compensation: It will be determined on base of experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
